Q1. It's been 30 years since China first proposed a poverty alleviation plan in 1985. In what way is this plan different from the others?
Q2. President Xi said he wants to lift everyone in the country out of poverty by 2020. Does the plan have any concrete methods to achieve that? How do you interpret these methods?
