NBA: Wade wager puts LBJ in outfit after Chicago’s World Series win

12-03-2016 15:45 BJT

To the NBA now where it was time to pay-up for LeBron James. The four-time MVP made a bet with good friend Dwyane Wade over the outcome of the World Series. LBJ had his money on his hometown Cleveland Indians. D-Wade on the Chicago Cubs. The loser had to wear the baseball uniform of the winner, the next time they played. And with the Cubbies winning in seven games -- The King had new regal attire to wear.

So this is James in his new duds, flanked by Wade, teasing his good friend as he makes way to the locker room. The Cavs trying to end a two-game losing streak.

Wade though would do his part to extend that.

But not before the four-time MVP takes charge and spins his way to a pair -- champs up 3.

James then finishes the fast-break alley-oop to keep the hosts up at recess.

LeBron would then hit a ridiculous fade-away from the corner over Wade -- 1-point game in the third.

D-Wade then shows off his long-range touch -- and the triple gives the Bulls a 5-point edge.

Late stages now -- and Wade again leading the charge, loses the handle, but gets it back and beats his friend LBJ to the cup -- 6-point game.

The King tries to answer but gets his pocket picked by Nikola Mirotic. Bulls win by six, handing the Cavs their third straight defeat.

In other games Houston rolled Denver. Toronto blew-out the Lakers by 33. Boston went on a 10-oh run in the fourth quarter to slide past Sacramento. Carmelo Anthony poured in 29 to pace New York over Minny. Blake Griffin had 27 points in the Clippers triumph over Indy. Kawhi Leonard hit the winning jumper with six seconds left to lift San Antonio over Washington.
