Q1: The White House said it would send no official delegation, but the United States would send two senior officials, including Ben Rhodes who was part of the Obama's diplomatic thaw with Cuba. Why  is this, and what does it tell us about the US relationship with Cuba?

Q2: President-elect Donald Trump has said he would reverse Obama's deal with Cuba, and trade ties would only resume if the Cuban government allowed more political freedom. What can we expect for US-Cuba ties when Donald Trump takes office in January?
