Q1. The tweets came just two days after what the Foreign Ministry has called the 'petty action', Friday's phone call between US president-elect Donald Trump and the leader of Taiwan Tsai Ing-wen.  It's not clear what prompted the tweets. Was that a move in ignorance of "foreign policy consequences"? Or was his Twitter activity an intentional action?
