Hong Kong voters have cast their ballots to choose members for the Election Committee. The committee will be formed by 1,200 members who will pick Hong Kong's next leader in March. Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying has announced that he would not seek a second term. The turnout this year is significantly higher than last time.
