We start this afternoon in Turkey where the military has reported 13 people killed and 48 wounded  in a car bomb attack on a bus carrying off-duty soldiers in the central city of Kayseri.

Earlier Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Veysi Kaynak said the attack specifically targeted the bus and resembled the twin blasts last week near an Istanbul soccer stadium.
