Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says there should be no 'concessions to terrorists' , a day after Moscow's ambassador was murdered in Ankara. Lavrov said so on Tuesday. He also hoped that the upcoming three-way meeting between foreign and defense ministers of Russia, Turkey and Iran would reach agreements.

Russian Ambassador to Turkey, Andrei Karlov, was shot dead by a policeman in the Turkish capital Ankara on Monday in an act believed to be in protest of Russia's involvement in Aleppo. The gunman was dead at the scene and identified as 22-year-old riot police officer Mevlut Mert Altintas.
