BEIJING, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- China on Wednesday issued a white paper to elaborate its policies on Asia-Pacific security cooperation and its stance on regional hotspot issues.

The white paper, titled "China's Policies on Asia-Pacific Security Cooperation", was released by the State Council Information Office of the People's Republic of China.
