BEIJING, March 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli will attend the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) annual conference this week in the southern province of Hainan, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying announced Monday.

Hua said that Zhang would deliver a keynote speech at the opening ceremony Saturday.

Foreign guests to attend the annual conference include President of Madagascar Hery Rajaonarimampianina, Micronesian President Peter M. Christian, Nepal's Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Afghan Meshrano Jirga President Fazal Hadi Muslimyar, and Myanmar's Vice President U Myint Swe.
