At a panel discussion with delegates from Guizhou Province who attended the 19th CPC National Congress on October 19, Xi Jinping stressed that the report delivered at the opening session of the 19th CPC National Congress "is a political declaration and a guideline of action that stimulates the Party to carry forward Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era with people of all ethnic groups of the country united under the Party's leadership."

He called for efforts to deeply comprehend the new conclusion that Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has entered into a new era, the new feature of Chinese society that its principal contradictions has evolved, the new objective that China will develop into a great modern socialist country by a two-stage development plan and the new requirement for Party building, to advance Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

Xi Jinping's remarks show the Party is committed to "roll up their sleeves to work harder", meaning only practical actions and efforts can realize national rejuvenation rather than empty talks.

The report highlighting the country’s future development has ignited all Chinese people's passion to strive together for the common Chinese dream.

In the future, the Chinese people will carry through the spirit of the Congress and Xi's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to forge ahead for fresh achievements by implementing the Central Party Committee's plans and strategies.
