No contact with kidnappers

German officials say they've not yet made contact with kidnappers of a German woman in Iraq.

43-year-old humanitarian aid worker Susanne Osthoff is the first German kidnapped in Iraq. German officials are now in close contact with Italy and France whose citizens have also been abducted. The Germany ambassador in Baghdad has also met with Sunni religious leaders to try and enlist their help, but admits they've not been able to contact the kidnappers. The militants are reportedly demanding that Germany cease dealing with the Iraqi government or they'll kill the hostages. Germany has been training Iraqi soldiers and police outside the country. German Chancellor Angela Merkel says her country will not change its Iraq policy, stressing Germany "will not be blackmailed" over Osthoff's abduction.
