National Audit Office to audit 7 SOEs

China's National Audit Office is auditing the country's 7 biggest state-owned enterprises. The companies are Sinopec, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Aviation Industry Corporation, China Telecom, China's Dongfang Electric and China Aluminum Company. The audit will be performed by six provincial audit offices, and will focus on the enterprises' decision-making, financial conditions, and large capital expenditures. The National Audit Office has designed individual auditing plans for each company, to improve the efficiency and quality of the audit.
