US President Barack Obama will use the first anniversary of Lehman Brothers' collapse to unveil his plan for tough, new economic reform.

The President is expected to push for sweeping economic regulatory changes during his speech at Wall Street, due to start just after 10pm, Beijing time. Obama's bid to kick start a banking overhaul comes as many firms bailed out with taxpayer dollars last year find themselves again in financial trouble.
