China's home price rises 3.9% in October

A survey of prices in 70 large and medium-sized cities across China found the average property price rose 3.9 percent in October from a year earlier. The year-on-year price rate was 1.1 percent higher than September.

The figures released by the National Bureau of Statistics on Tuesday show the housing price rose by 0.7 percent over September. In the first ten months, the total sales volume hit 3.15 trillion yuan, an increase of 79 percent year on year.
