Vice President Xi starts visit in Cambodia

Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping has arrived in Siem Reap province, Cambodia on the last leg of his four-nation Asia tour.

He has expressed China's willingness to push for higher-level relations with Cambodia, while meeting with Cambodia's deputy Prime Minister, Sok An. Xi Jinping notes China plans to enhance cooperation with Cambodia in various fields. Siem Reap in northwest Cambodia is a sister province to southwest China's Yunnan province. China hopes both regions will serve as a model for greater mutual exchanges.
