MTV 2009 Awards released

Mexican pop singer Paulina Rubio and Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin and Yandel were among the top Latin music stars who rocked the 8th Annual "Los Premios" MTV 2009 Awards on Thursday night in Los Angeles.

Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin and Yandel won Best Artist of the Year and Best Video for "Abusadora," and pop diva Paulina Rubio won Best Soloist.

The performance was jazzed up with appearances by the Backstreet Boys, Snoop Dogg, and Fifty Cent.
