The 18th Golden Rooster Film Festival has concluded in east China's Jiangxi province. Let's check out some of the award winners.

No. 5 Iron Man

Mainstream film "Iron Man" garnered Director Yin Li and lead actor Wu Gang four nominations including Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Cinematography and Best Art Direction. Wu Gang, the winner at last year's Shanghai Film Critics Award, was crowned again at the Golden Rooster Awards, walking away with the much-coveted Best Actor Award. His solid performance earned him unanimous kudos from in and outside the film industry.

No.4 And The Spring Comes

The first screen collaboration between director Gu Zhangwei and wife Jiang Wenli, "And the Spring Comes" saw lead actress Jiang Wenli taking her first Best Actress Award at the Golden Rooster. The film also gave Jiang her first Best Actress Award at an international film festival when she won in Rome.

No.3 The Equation of Love and Death

Also winning the Best Actress Award is Zhou Xun for the lead role in "The Equation of Love and Death." The film cast Zhou as a testy girl in a four-year search for her boyfriend who had disappeared. Her performance got a unanimous vote from the jury. By winning the award, Zhou Xun became the first Chinese actress to win five Best Actress Awards. She has now collected awards at the Hong Kong Film Awards, Golden Horse Award in Taiwan, Mainland-based Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Awards, and the Asian Film Awards.

No.2 Forever Enthralled

Director Chen Kaige's film about famous Chinese Peking Opera master Mei Lanfang took the Best Film and Best Director awards at the Huabiao Awards. The film went on to take the Best Film at the Golden Rooster and a Best Supporting Actor Award for Wang Xueqi.

No.1 The Assembly

Director Feng Xiaogang is enjoying a winning streak with his film "The Assembly." Having never won a Golden Rooster Award, Feng has now taken home the award for Best Director, Best film, Best Cinematography, and Best Music, making him the biggest winner of this year's festival.
