Mao Zedong's stories retold

A new documentary has been produced to retell events in the life of Mao Zedong, past leader of The Communist Party of China and the first Chairman of the People's Republic of China.

The just released 30-episode production is titled "Mao Zedong's Stories." Based on materials published by the Chinese Communist Party History Publishing House, the documentary portrays Mao Zedong as a great Marxist, a revolutionary and political theorist, a superb military strategist, and an accomplished poet, writer, and historian.

Mao's dedication and struggle to establishing New China is eulogized.

"Mao Zedong's Stories" is a part of the 240-episode "Red Classic Series".
