U.S. President Barack Obama has signed the final installment of landmark healthcare overhaul legislation, including reforms in college student loan programs. The signing on Tuesday completes the health care legislative process. The reform consists of two pieces of legislation. The core part is the Senate version bill, which Obama signed last week.For this topic we are join here by Prof. Liu Yuanli and Prof. Liu GuoEn to discuss how to judge whether this plan is successful or not.
