Special Report: World tackles A/H1N1 flu |

More than 165,000 people in Beijing have so far been inoculated with the A/H1N1 flu vaccine, with no reports of any serious adverse reaction.

Beijing has been providing free A/H1N1 vaccines to key frontline staff and those most at risk to tackle the quickly-spreading disease. They include medical staff, teachers, students, people in key public service posts and those with chronic or cardiovascular diseases. Just over 200 people are said to have had slight adverse reactions, which accounts for around one in a thousand.
