Italian mafia kingpin arrested

One of Italy's most wanted Mafia fugitives has been arrested near Naples.

49-year-old Luigi Esposito is regarded as one of the 30 most wanted and dangerous Mafia fugitives in the world. He has been on the run since 2003.

Esposito was found in a luxury villa perched on a hill in a very exclusive residential area of the city.

He had earlier been sentenced to 9 years in prison for drug trafficking and criminal association with the Mafia.

He is a leading boss of the organized clan "Nuvoletta", or "Little Cloud", that operates in and around Naples.
