Anti-war protesters rally on Iraq war's 7th anniversary

Thousands of anti-war protesters have marched through the US capital, Washington D.C. The date, March 20th, marked the 7th anniversary of the the US-led invasion into Iraq and subsequent war.

Saturday's anti-war rally in Washington called for the immediate withdrawal of US troops from Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as an end to war everywhere.

The protesters defied orders to clear the pavement on Pennsylvania Avenue in front of the White House.

Protester, Anti-war March, said, "We wanna stop actions."
