One of central China's most well-known cities will host some of the most famous tennis heroes this month. Bjorn Borg, John McEnroe and Michael Chang will play in Chengdu, Sichuan province, as it welcomes some of the most notable names on the senior circuit.
Grand slam winner Borg won 61 men's singles titles in his career. The legendary McEnroe won 77, and Chang outlasted the competition for a dramatic French Open title in 1989. All three will take to the court in Chengdu for the only Asian stop on the 12-leg ATP Champions Tour. In addition to the competition, the visiting tennis legends will run clinics with local children, to encourage China's youth to take up the sport.
