Made by Adidas, it will be worn by Ballack and company at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. The traditional federation badge, featuring an eagle, has a black background, while three gold stars remain from previous jerseys to mark the country's trio of World Cup wins - in 1954, 1974 and 1990.

Unbeaten in ten qualifying matches en route to next year's World Cup, Joachim Loew's team, led on the pitch by Chelsea midfielder Ballack, will again be among the favourites.
