St Louis defeat Vancouver 3-1 in NHL hockey games

Ice hockey from the NHL. David Backes scored twice and Ty Conklin made 29 saves to guide the St. Louis Blues over the Canucks in Vancouver.

First Period:

At the 17th minute, the Blues' David Backes crossed to T.J. Oshie, and Oshie provided a feed to Paul Kariya for the first score of the game. Kariya's shot ended in the back of the Vancouver net. 1-0 St. Louis.
