Iran has told the UN nuclear watchdog that it's building a second uranium enrichment plant. The leaders of the US, France, and Britain are accusing Iran of building the nuclear fuel plant in secret.

The accusation was made before the plenary session of the G20 summit. US President Barack Obama says the three countries have presented evidence to the IAEA this second plant is a covert uranium enrichment facility.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown also demanded that Iran allow immediate international inspections of the plant. And they also threatened new sanctions if Iranian leaders did not change course by December.
