Lebanese Army Forces confrim Israel's detonation of two spy devices

In Lebanon, the Armed Forces there have confirmed that Israel detonated two remote wire-tapping devices, it had planted on the border over the weekend.

Following the two explosions, the Lebanese Army, with the cooperation of UN Interim Forces in Lebanon, managed to dismantle the equipment used for the two devices. A committee comprised of both the Lebanese Army and UN Interim Forces is currently investigating the incidents.

Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes flew over the Houla-Meis El-Jabal area. The Lebanese Army responded with anti-aircraft fire. Lebanon is searching for more Israeli explosive devices. The UN Interim Forces, say they were planted during the July 2006 War.
