A cargo aircraft has crashed near the eastern Russian city of Mirny in the Yakutia region. Russian investigators say all eleven people on board were killed.
The plane is an IL-76 cargo plane, belonging to the interior ministry. An official, says the plane rolled to the right immediately after take-off and crashed about 1 kilometer from Mirny.
