Tibetan delegation meet with members of 48 Group Club in London

A Tibetan delegation has met with representatives of the 48 Group Club, an independent business network based in London, that is dedicated to fostering positive relations with China.

Legqog, the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Tibetan Autonomous Regional People's Congress, gave a briefing on Tibet's economic and social development during the past 5 decades.

Legqog, the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Tibetan Autonomous Regional People's Congress, gave a briefing on Tibet's economic and social development during the past 5 decades. He said living standards of Tibetans have been improved significantly.

Legqog said the Tibet issue was important to Chinese- British relations. He welcomed western youth, especially bag packers to visit Tibet, to see first hand and experience the achievements made.
