South Korea's Foreign Minister, Yu Myung-Hwan, said on Friday that he wants to see the six-party-talks on ending the DPRK's nuclear program resume in February, without Pyongyang attaching conditions to the process.

South Korea's Foreign Minister, Yu Myung-Hwan, said, "I cannot tell you, exactly, all the details of our diplomatic efforts. However, I know that China has made efforts toward the resumption of the talks. So I expect that the six-party talks could resume soon, around the time of the Lunar New Year."
