Martial arts movie star Bruce Lee has been immortalized in wax. Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Hollywood went public with a replica of the star on Thursday just ahead of the Chinese New Year.

The wax likeness was unveiled by Lee's daughter, Shannon Lee. The event was the American debut of the statue, which cost 300 thousand dollars to create.

Lee was a Chinese American and Hong Kong actor, best known for his roles in films like "Enter the Dragon." His death in 1973 at age of 32 shocked millions of fans.
