[Sino-US Relations] China not responsible for difficult Sino-US relations

BEIJING, March 7 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi said Sunday that the responsibility for the current difficulty in Sino-U.S. relations does not lie with China.
