Cui Tiankai, Vice Foreign Minister, said, "During the Nuclear Security Summit, President Hu Jintao will deliver an important speech. This is the first time for a Chinese leader to air China's views on nuclear security at a multilateral event. Hu Jintao's speech will cover the current situation of international nuclear safety, stress the sound development of nuclear energy and introduce China's policy and practice in the nuclear field. We think this summit will provide a good platform for the international community to boost nuclear security and strengthen international cooperation . "
