Relief supplies from other Chinese provinces are pouring into quake-hit Yushu.

The Provincial government of Gansu has pledged 2000 coal stoves, together with 600 tons of coal everyday, as residents in Yushu battle cold weather. Authorities from Xi'an in Shaanxi Province, will provide technical supplies to guarantee the region's telecommunication stays online.

Meanwhile, officials of the Ninxia Hui autonomous region have sent 6 vehicles to provide postal services in Yushu. Medical supplies and equipment are also on their way. Food, quilts, tents and other relief supplies for the quake-victims, continue to arrive in Yushu to meet the needs of the people.
