Three killed in cargo plane crash in Philippines

A survivor from a plane crash in the , has returned to the wreckage site, to examine the cargo plane that went down in the north of the country on Wednesday.

Philippine authorities confirmed that the crash killed three crew members, and injured another 3. According to a local report, three Russians, two Uzbeks and a Bulgarian were on board. The identities of the victims are still being verified.

The Russian made, Antonov 12 took off from Cebu province and was on its way to Clark airport in Pampanga when it crashed into a rice field. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash but aircraft officers say they believe an electrical malfunction was to blame.
