Foreign ministers of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) member states meet in Beijing from April 27 to 28.It is the foreign ministers' fifth meeting since CICA was established in 1992 as a forum for dialogue and consultations on security issues in Asia.
