The men on the PGA Tour are in Florida for the Players Championship where the second day was delayed by heavy rain meaning early tee times for most of the field ahead of Round Three. Jason Day would come in with the overnight lead, while three of his biggest rivals continued to struggle as Rory McIlroy has not been able to climb into the Top Ten, while Rickie Fowler and Jordan Spieth shockingly missed the cut.

With those big names out, Alex Cejka tries to make a run as he birdies the 16th hole, and the German is tied for second place.

Day (-14) maintains lead in Round 3.

Day (-14) maintains lead in Round 3.

This is Ken Duke swinging his way out of the bunker at five. The American veteran sends the ball past the flag and to the other side of the green, but it would then slowly curl down the fringe, and start to suck back towards the cup to set up a birdie. The 47 year old also holds a share of second.

Those two are knotted with Japan's Hideki Matsuyama, who birdies 12 here.

But after some early struggles during the long session, Day rights the ship with that tweet at 16, and he's got a four shot lead.

The World Number One is 14-under-par heading into the final round -- while Duke, Matsuyama, and Cejka are all at minus-10. McIlroy sits nine strokes off the pace, but defending champion Fowler and World Number Two Spieth won't be around for the last day.
