Zhou Qi back in China after training for draft

This time from the draft, and China's Zhou Qi is back in his home country after the 20-year-old finished his time working out for several NBA teams' in their pre-draft workouts.

Among the teams he trained with -- the Memphis Grizzlies and the Boston Celtics. At the capital airport, the Xinjiang Flying Tigers centre says he improved after his time in the United States.

"I've learnt a lot in the two-months of training, I had some specific targeted training on skills and put on some weight, I'm stronger now, both mentally and physically. I managed to go through the tough workouts, and I think I handled it well," said Zhou.
Nicknamed "The big devil king", Zhou helped China win the Asian championships last year, was a big key in Xinjiang making it to the playoffs in the CBA last season. He averaged 15.8 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 3.2 blocks. Zhou stands just over 7-foot-2 in sneakers with a wingspan just shy of 8 feet.

Now, the big man will return to the Chinese men's basketball team to prepare for the upcoming Rio Olympics. The NBA draft will be held June 23rd at Brooklyn's Barclay's Centre.
