The Oklahoma City Thunder looking to put defending champion Golden State on the ropes. OKC blew out the Warriors in Game three, handing G-State their second consecutive loss, the first time all season, that the Dubs had lost back-to-back contests in their record-setting campaign that saw them win 73 games in the regular season.

And another big effort from Russell Westbrook and crew would give the Thunder a 3-1 stranglehold in their Western Conference Final.

And the Thunder would blitz the Warriors early -- forcing the steal and going the other way -- Dion Waiters misses the lay-up, but Westbrook cans the triple. OKC goes on a 16-oh run to take a 22-8 lead.

The Dubs do not panic though and start to chip-away at the lead -- Klay Thompson is able go the other way with the finish, and it is a 2-point game. He finished with 26.

But the hosts go on another run before recess -- capped off by another Westbrook triple. He had a monster game, 36 points, 11-boards and 11 assists, as the G-State goes into the break trailing by double digits for the second straight game.

The champs make another surge in the third quarter, as Klay is able to get the ball on the wing and finish at the cup with the reverse, to trim the margin to just 8.

Off to the fourth, and the Thunder pushing the pace off a G-State miss - Waiters setting up Kevin Durant for the three-ball. He had 26 -- as the lead swell to a dozen.

And Westbrook seals the victory with another long-ball. OKC blow-out Golden State for the second straight game, and now have a 3-1 edge in the Western final, and are a game away from playing in the NBA Finals.
