From a tall building we go to a tall man -- and Atlanta Hawks centre Dwight Howard's journey in China as he makes his second stop through the world's most populous nation.

The former NBA defensive player of the year, was in Urumqi, and paid a visit to the Xinjiang Flying tigers youth training center, to meet a pack of little tigers, whom he showed the finer points of basketball.

Howard put his serious coach face on during the clinic, showing them how to pass, which leads to some high fives. The little tigers enjoying the coaching of their 6-foot-11-inch mentor. He then shows no mercy, in swatting this lay-up attempt.

The NBA veteran has been in China a couple of times before -- this is the first time he has been to Xinjiang, and he was impressed with the scenery of the region, and his new pupils.

"When I sat on the bench, I thought it is going to be easy to dribble past Howard, but when I actually see him on the court, I realized he is much bigger, and it would be impossible to get around him, and there is nowhere to hide the ball from him. He even blocked one of my shots, even if he didn't, I do not think I could score, because he is so tall," said pupil.
