To the hardwood and the NBA as the San Antonio Spurs welcomed the Utah Jazz hoping to continue their unbeaten start to the new season. Playing for the first time in 19 years without Tim Duncan, the Spurs have won four in a row and were expected to make it five, but Geoarge Hill and the Jazz had other ideas.

In the first quarter the visitors are on point as Shelvin Mack drains the triple to put Utah up 30-21.

The second sees more of the same from the Jazz. Australian Joe Ingles extends his teams lead to 16 with this three. Utah lead 47-31.

Kawhi Leonard offers some resistance for the Spurs as the 25-year-old spots up from the land beyond and is on his way to a game high 30 points and seven rebounds.

The home side do enough to come back and take a one point lead after the break. Tony Parker twists his way into the paint to extend San Antonio's lead to 63-60.

The Jazz go back in front and have a 3 point lead at end of the quarter thanks to Dante Exum who finishes off the glass

But Hill goes coast to coast in the 4th quarter for a three-point play to stretch their lead to 96-88. The 30-year-old finishes with 22 points as the Jazz take it 106-91 for thier second win of the season.

James Harden's 41 points for Houston wan't enough as they lost 128-120 to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
