Off to the NBA where former Qingdao guard Jonathan Gibson has found a home. The man who spent years in the CBA and even led the league in scoring has signed on with the Dallas Mavericks.

The 29-year-old would manage to score 7 points in limited action off the bench today against San Antonio, as the Mavs looked to snap a five-game losing streak.

Early on the Mavs would be paced by Seth Curry -- Steph's little brother has that same long-range scoring gene.

The Dallas guard would be able to nail five long balls. He would match his career-high with 23 points as the visitors lead by 3.

Second-half and the Spurs play better defensively - David Lee picks off the pass and goes the otherway for the lay-up. Who knew Lee was still in the league?

And then another jumper from the Spaniard -- he had 16, as the host go up 2.

Then the reigning defensive player of the year, Kawhi Leonard gets the theft, and the bucket. Spurs win it by 5, handing the Mavs their fifth straight loss.

Boston would score 17 straight points, and go in front off the theft by Terry Rozier -- who skies for the deuce.

Towns would do some good work down low, and cuts the margin to 1, as he gets the hoop and the harm.

The Celts though would not wilt, and after almost losing possession, Marcus Smart hits from the land beyond and makes it an 8-point game.

Then with about two minutes to go -- they seal the win, Al Horford finds a streaking Avery Bradley for a wicked dunk. Boston comes from 13 down to beat Minny 99-93.

In other action, the Clippers outscore Toronto 123-115. Bradley Beal had a career-high 42 in leading Washington over Phoenix. Golden State crushed Indy. Philly got by Miami. James Harden had 28 in Houston's win over Detroit, and Giannis Antetekoumpo had a triple-double of 21 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in Milwaukee's win.
