1,000-year-old dumplings and mooncakes

Xinjiang is known for its flavorful local cuisine. Besides signature dishes such as lamb kebabs, nang bread and milk tea, there are also specialties from other parts of China. In Turpan museum, you can find dumplings and mooncakes made from over 1,000 years ago.
