Paper-thin copper pieces excavated at Sanxingdui archaeological dig

According to the archaeological team at Sanxingdui's sacrificial area, nearly a third of the artifacts have been extracted from pit No. 7 and new ones are constantly being discovered. Paper-thin copper pieces have recently been excavated from pit No. 7, which is particularly rare at the Sanxingdui site in southwest China where heavier objects are more common.
