Scholar: OHCHR report on human rights in Xinjiang result of Western manipulation

The recently-released report by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights on human rights in Xinjiang is a result of manipulations of Western countries and lacks credibility, according to a scholar on human rights. Zhang Yonghe, Executive Director of the Human Rights Institute of the Southwest University of Political Science and Law, said the report was purely plotted by the United States and Western forces, and came from political pressure.
