IAF president: Space community can contribute to helping solve climate crisis

The first Global Space Conference on Climate Change (GLOC 2023) opened on Tuesday in Oslo, Norway, where participants are discussing how space-related technologies can help tackle the climate crisis. Clay Mowry, president of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF), said that the ongoing Global Space Conference on Climate Change is providing a platform for the space community to contribute to battling climate change through the use of space-based services and applications.
