China-Laos Railway cross-border transport registers new record in H1

Cross-border transport on the China-Laos Railway hit a record high in the first half of 2025, with strong growth in both passenger flow and freight volume.

During this period, the railway handled over three million tons of cross-border freight, including farm produce, industrial products, and daily necessities, marking an 8.6 percent year-on-year increase.
