We are now joined in the studio by senior captain Zhang Junshe, Vice President of China's Naval Research Institute, to share with us how he interpreted President Xi's speech. 

Q1: Welcome. Mr. Zhang. We know that CICA is Asia's most influential security forum, with the greatest number of member countries. President Xi used this occasion to reiterate China's stance on the South China Sea. What's your take on that?
