Three Turkish soldiers have been killed and 14 others wounded in a rocket attack launched by the rebels of the Kurdish Workers' Party, or PKK. That is according to a Turkish military statement.

The rockets were fired in Nusaybin town of Mardin province bordering Syria. It happened as fighting between Turkish military operations against the PKK was underway. A two-year cease-fire between the government and the PKK disintegrated last July.
