Canadian sports lawyer, Richard McLaren, has released the second part of his investigation into the state-sponsored doping in Russian sport.
The report reveals more than 1,000 Russian athletes competing in summer, winter and paralympic sports were involved in, or benefited from an institutional conspiracy to conceal positive doping tests.
